Grah...that is how I can sum up this week...expect this to be a very long journal entry. Those of you who read it (not that any of you do) good luck getting through it!

Well I have found my one mortal weakness last week. It turns out its hay fever...of the worst kind. I woke up Wednesday morning and I was a bit sniffy and I couldn't open my eyes properly. Okay, I thought, just a touch of hay fever, nothing an anti-hystamine won't fix up! I takes one and I lie in bed for about ten minutes while it kicks in. It kicks in, not sniffing any more but I can't open my eyes still. I wander out of my room and on my way to the bathroom I come face to face with my own reflection. Dear god was I swollen up! I looked like half human, half pufferfish...it was not pretty. I couldn't open my eyes because all under my eyes was swollen up. So guess who doesn't go college for the next two days! I've got it all sorted now though. The docs given me tablets that have 4mg of the good stuff that kicks hay fevers ass!

NEWS FROM THE VERSE:

I ordered my Serenity model from Things From Another World on the 6th. Its taken ages for it to be brought into the warehouse meaning that I have to wait the maximum 5 days for it to be processed. Luckily, without the internet, I will still know when my order has been shipped coz my bank account will be suddenly very low on funds! It wasn't a bad deal actually...it was £20 altogether, give a little leway either way for the fluctuating exchange rate. I was really shocked! I can't wait to get her though. I've got a space on top of my tele all dust free (its the only part that is!) and ready for her to take her place next to the Wash plushie I'm in the process of making!

Ah plushies! Yes! I've been in the process of making my own Wash plushie thanks to the inspiration from ~jameson9101322 who has one! I love Wash so it had to be done! I'm fully intending to make the whole crew of Serenity...what I would REALLY die for is the pattern for a Serenity ship so I could make a plushie one!

I have spent lmost every night this week listening to The Signal podcasts and I'm so glad I found them! Its nice to have it in the background while I'm working on my photoshop stuff! Which reminds me! If I get a chance (in other words, if I remember to put it on my memory stick!) I will be uploading a few more photoshop manga pictures! YAY!
